Public Lectures on Economic Reforms in Georgia in Marneuli and Akhalkalaki
On October 23 and November 2, the regional offices of the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies (GFSIS) in Akhalkalaki and Marneuli, hosted the public lectures of Mr. Gia Jandieri, the founder and the Vice-President of New Economic School Georgia. Mr. Jandieri explained in details all the new reforms that Government of Georgia has conducted since year 2004 and described the impact of these reforms on the economy of the country; The lecture was followed by an interesting discussion.
The public lecture was held in the framework of the program: Enhancing Capacity of Ethnic Civil Society Groups to Actively Participate in Pubic Policy Debate supported by the Government of Finland and implemented by GFSIS and was attended by the representatives of civil society, local community and local government.
