On December 1st, 2009 the GFSIS hosted an official opening ceremony of the program Capacity Building of the Georgian Leadership Community for Improved Decision-Making and Negotiation Skills. Keynote speakers of the ceremony included Dr. Alexander Rondeli, President, GFSIS, H.E. Temuri Yakobashvili, State Minister for Reintegration, Mr. Alf Eliasson, Counselor, and Head of the Development Co-operation, Embassy of Sweden, and Dr. Rolf Eidem, Project Academic Adviser / Team Leader, SIPU International.  Georgian Government Officials, representatives of the international organizations, civil society and media along with the successfully selected program participants attended the event. The ceremony was followed by a reception.
