Afghanistan: Why and How
On December 3, 2009, the GFSIS and Georgian Security Analysis Center (GSAC) hosted a public seminar, “Afghanistan: Why and How.” The chairman of the seminar was Professor Alexander Rondeli, President, GFSIS. The speakers were COL Matthew Brand, United States Defense Attaché, H. E. Eric Fournier, Ambassador of France to Georgia, Mr. Niloloz Vashakidze, Deputy Minister of Defense of Georgia and Ambassador David J. Smith, Director, GSAC.
